Making her bid approaching the quarter-mile marker, the 4-7 chalk led soon after and was driven out inside the final furlong to assert by 2 3/4 lengths from Nemoralia (More Than Ready). “She had a nice first time run and ran a lovely race at Ascot, and it was lovely to come here and win,” said trainer Aidan O’Brien. “Joseph was very happy with her. We could step up [in distance], but we’d have no problems keeping her at seven [furlongs]. There’s a fillies’ race at Leopardstown [July 23 G3 Silver Flash S.] we might go to, but we’ll just go gentle with her. We always thought she was a very nice filly.
